This privacy policy is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data").
The consultation and use of the site www.berarma.it does not in itself involve any processing of personal data of users (hereinafter, the "Users") or only the processing of personal data anonymously, in such ways not to allow their identification.
By implementing the registration procedure for the services offered, Users voluntarily communicate their personal data to the Data Controller.
The personal data provided by Users will be processed in compliance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the Code regarding the protection of personal data and by other regulations in force on the subject.
The provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide the data will prevent the possibility of using the newsletter services provided by the Blog and reserved for registered Users.
Owner of the data processing
Personal data are processed by the Data Controller with automated tools and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Purpose of the treatment
Personal data collected through registration for the services offered by the Portal (by way of example and not limited to, subscription to the newsletter, requests for articles, invitations to events, requests for information on the Blog or contact requests) and / or by entering of comments on the articles published therein are processed in order to allow the use of the services provided by the Blog and reserved for registered Users. Any processing for statistical purposes is carried out exclusively on anonymous data. Except for the cases permitted by law or provided for in this privacy statement, personal data will not be disclosed or disseminated without the user's consent.
Personal data are processed and stored in Italy and will be accessible only to the Data Controller, except for access to any consultants formally designated as data processors or processors.

Cookies and Google Analytics
These are text files (so-called cookies) that allow you to facilitate navigation and the operation of the Portal.
